777-HD For MyTrafficX
Just like your TV set at home, High Definition means something that is now better quality and at a higher resolution than ever before. 777-HD for MyTrafficX is a new commercial FSX “add-on” doing exactly that.
Almost all 777 airliners (covering all models of 777) present in MyTrafficX 5.2a are repainted to the highest standards using the latest available references. Recent additions to the 777 family are included too, such as TAM and Virgin Australia. All paints are started from scratch, on a brand new design template featuring almost every conceivable part of the 777 aircraft that has a texture space available.
Moving you to the next level in your AI experience, all paints are presented in both the standard 1024x1024 resolution found in MyTrafficX, and additionally in 2048x2048. The latter represents a 4 times increase in the number of pixels used, helping you to see even more detail on your favourite 777 airlines and get up real close. All 2048 textures are produced at the native resolution, not up-scaled from a lower resolution.
While a completely independent product, 777-HD is built with co-operation from Burkhard Renk, who generously updated the 777 models for the best experience possible. Revisions include the door size and positions (passenger and cargo), the location of the cockpit and the “attach points” used by the jetways, baggage and pushback trucks. Only 777-HD uses the updated model; default MyTrafficX paints continue to use the standard model.
Included with the add-on are tools to help you configure your experience. The deployment utility helps you choose which 777 airlines are default MyTrafficX textures, which user the enhanced 1024 textures and which use the high resolution 2048.
The best news of all is we have included a demonstration of 777-HD with MyTrafficX 5.2a, featuring Continental Airlines. We hope you enjoy the demonstration and consider buying the add-on. Either way, you are free to continue using the High Definition Continental texture in MyTrafficX for as long as you wish.
